At Toolplay, we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund process while ensuring the integrity of our AI credit system. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
✅ Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase, and
- You have not used any credits from the purchased plan.
If both conditions are met, you are eligible for a full refund.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- You’ve used any amount of credit from your purchased balance.
- More than 24 hours have passed since your purchase.
- You request a refund without providing the required verification.
Please make sure you understand your usage before proceeding with a refund request.

To request a refund, email us at support@toolplay.ai with:
- The email address used to register your Toolplay account
- Your payment confirmation number or order ID
Once we verify your eligibility, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
🧾 Additional Notes
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused credits.
- Toolplay credits are digital goods and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account restrictions.
