Welcome to Toolplay! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Toolplay’s website, products, and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Toolplay.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Toolplay. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of Services

Toolplay provides access to various AI-powered tools for image generation, voiceover, video creation, and more. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use Toolplay for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Upload or generate content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

3. Account & Credits

You may use Toolplay without creating an account. However, registration is required for accessing advanced features, saving history, or making payments.

Credit System

Toolplay uses a credit-based system for accessing certain tools or generating content in HD. Free credits may be provided, and additional credits can be purchased. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features may be available via a paid plan or one-time credit purchases.

• Upgrades take effect immediately. Your remaining time or credits may be converted to lifetime access credits.
• Downgrades will apply after the current subscription period ends.
• Payments are handled through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Toolplay does not store your payment information.

All sales are final. Refunds are not available unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise.

5. Generated Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using Toolplay.

• Free users: Images or outputs may include a watermark and may be publicly displayed in the Toolplay gallery by default.
• Pro users: Generated content is private, watermark-free, and not publicly shared unless you choose to share it.

Toolplay does not claim ownership of your prompts, uploads, or results. However, you grant Toolplay a limited license to process and store your content to provide the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All Toolplay branding, website content, and underlying software are the property of Toolplay or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of our Services without express permission.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Toolplay, you agree to the practices described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

Toolplay is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolplay is not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any content generated or shared using the Services

9. Termination

You may stop using Toolplay at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms.

Toolplay may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify users via email or on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
